Q).   Is Shopping on your site secure?

A).   Yes! We use PayPal for our payment processing source. PayPal is designed to be one of the safest, easiest ways to shop online. Payments are automatically sent with a high level of secure data encryption without exposing your credit card number. PayPal never shares your information with or sells it to merchants. PayPal is a free service.

Q).   Do I need a PayPal account to make a purchase?

A).   No. Having a PayPal account is not required to complete a purchase. Our easy shopping cart will quide you through the steps of your purchase. With or without a PayPal account all payments are processed with the highest level of secure data encryption without exposing your credit card number. Best of all, PayPal is a free service and having an account is now optional.

Q).   When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

A).   Our goal is to deliver your prints and products within 7-14 days from receipt of your order, however delivery times vary depending on the order, destination, and mode of delivery (USPS or USPS Global), although most orders will ship within 48 hours. (with exception to holidays) Orders received on Friday after 11:30 a.m. or on Saturday or Sunday, will ship the following Tuesday. We ship USPS First Class on items that qualify and USPS Priority Mail: Priority Mail® delivers in an average of 2-3 days. However, there is no guaranteed delivery date for Priority Mail Shipments. We use true weight shipping fees, any handling fees are added to and included in the shipping charge total.

Q).   Do you ship to my Country?

A).   We ship worldwide. If for some reason your postal or country code is not available in the checkout options for shipping, please contact us and we will make arrangements for your shipping.

Q).   How do I return merchandise?

  1. Download our Merchandise Return/Exchange Form
  2. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale or discontinued items. Items marked On Sale, Discontinued, No Longer In Stock, Sold Out or no longer listed on our on-line store are considered to be discontinued. If the item is damaged upon receipt, you must contact us within 5-business days to receive an exchange for the same item.
  3. Place and return items in original box or a similar well protected container. (do not use bubble bags as they are non-protective)
  4. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Opting for Insurance and a tracking number are highly recommended, as Bobbyjo Birdsong Photography can not be responsible for the returned item until we have possession of the returned product.
  5. Returns lacking a Merchandise Return Form may be refused
  6. Contact Us and inform us of your Merchandise Return
